I had to stop and get this one. A 70's Dodge Van tricked out in pimpin glory with a 1960's vintage Jeep Commander decked out in Bicentenial Garb! They were captured on a busy blvd in San Jose CA. which i think is home to many DOTs vehicles worthy of notoriety.
The Van is parked there regularly and they owner seems to move it often given the lack of debris and dirt on the tires. The Jeep is a new edition and I only saw it this morning. In one of the Snaps, you can see a VERY NICE 65 Caddy Couple deVille drive by. A veritable trifecta! I wish my shutter was quicker to grab some more shots.
I'll have to let your reader pick out the dates of the Jeep. The Dodge is most likely a 1972-3 model given the grill. The jeep has a sticker on the other side that says "This is not an abandoned vehicle" I didn't get it due to the heavy traffic, but I'll try again later.
This Dodge Pickup pilot house is around the corner from my house and has been on the street for as long as I have lived in my home (1992). It looks to be 100% original and unrestored with some great patina to it. The owner drives it regularly and has a model T tucked away along with a 64 Buick Wildcat Convertible which his son drives. I haven't seen it in a while, but when it comes home again, i'll snag that one too.

I've recently started an independent sales firm and I need to buy a large sized SUV and I've been looking at a used 2006 Jeep Commander. I'm selling medical stretchers and they are quite large. I'm wondering if anyone on here has Jeep Commander and can give me some feedback.
I havea few questions: How do you like the car and would you recommend it? And how long is the cargo area when both sets of rear seats are folded down?
I need the cargo area to be about 8 feet long. Please give some feedback if you have a Commander or know someone who does.

You can head over to a Jeep dealer with a tape measure. That's what I did when I needed a car big enough to haul my hurricane shutters. Or you can buy a long wheelbase Dodge or Chrysler Minivan. I know they'll easily take 4x8's.

What % is good to offer below the sticker price of a Jeep Commander (2007 with 14k miles) at the Jeep dealership? Where should it end up? Let's say the sticker price is $23,000.00.
It's certified used, in excellent condition, with upgrade to leather, sunroof, and 6 cd changer.

What type of oil filter do you use for 2007 jeep commander besides mopar?

went to walmart and bought an oilfilter for 07 jeep commander. did not fit in the suv. dealer said it only uses mopar. i know they r lying. what filter do u use? where should i buy it? i live in edmonton canada
Brand doesn't really matter all that much, it's more about marketing than quality, especially if you are keeping up on regular maintenance. I use Fram parts because they are readily available. Your Jeep can use a couple of different filters (depends on the engine you have). 6 cyl engine is a PH3600 (Fram part #), 8 cyl engine is a PH16. A couple things, about not being able to use the filter you bought... first, what didnt work? length or width of filter? or just couldn't get it to spin on? if it was a size issue, then maybe you purchased the wrong filter, or a simpler way to fix this is use the PH3614 it is the same filter, only smaller (will work on either engine)will also hold a little less oil. If you were unable to get it to spin on, then you probably did not have the correct angle (this applies to the 6 cyl more, but could still be the problem on either).
