Love can be simply defined as unselfishly and consistently placing someone else's needs before your own. Being a father changes a man. Love that was never known before suddenly erupts when the eyes of your child lock onto you. That kind of love isn't always talked about at a truck show, hot-rod get-together, or inside your garage as you're wrenching on your ride. Ren Robinson, of American Canyon, California, loves his son Chris and if that doesn't make you like him, the story of Chris' truck build surely will.

Chris was diagnosed early on with a rare visual impairment due to damaged nerves in the back of his neck. Because of this, Chris will never be able to drive. It's a shame, because when most kids were hiding adult magazines under their mattresses, Chris was sneaking Truckin' into school to read during class. He can't get enough of the custom truck scene: shows, cruises, get-togethers, he loves all the aspects. With such a dedication, Ren knew he had to do something special for his only son. And special is what he did.

they start at 850 and go up i prefer rough country because the kit keeps the torsion bars up in the stock location so they don't get hung up i have a 2006 gmc extended cab lifted i went with 3" rough country body lift and a 6" rough country suspension lift the kit comes with heavy duty steel skid plates i also bought a add a leaf kit for the rear spring pack then added the 39" tires now its awesome for going over rocks, stumps and small cars lol it also keeps the front end stock width so the front isn't wider than the rear my kit was 1400 but your year is cheaper to lift i would call rough country they are very good to deal with CAUTION LIFTED TRUCKS ATTRACT COPS

1996 Gmc Sierra 1500 extended cab 2wd transmission can a 1998 fit in the place of it?

I have a 1996 GMC Sierra and it's transmission has went out. They only made this transmission for this specific year in 96. However I'm wondering if one from a 1998 Cheverolet Silverado 2wd ext cab will fit and plug up all the same!
it has a 4L60E in it if this helps!
